Where are you BUYING FROM:

Visakha Agritech FPC acts as the agent to those who provide Event services, including, but not limited to  (herein referred to as "Event Providers"). When you Book a Service for an event, then Visakha Agritech FPC will act as an intermediary, handling the transaction as well as collecting payment for the Event Provider. Furthermore, Visakha Agritech FPC is under no obligation to monitor the merchant establishment's service used by you; the merchant establishment alone will be responsible for all obligations under the contract including (without limitation) warranties or guarantees. Any dispute with or complaint against any merchant establishment must be directly resolved by the Customer with the merchant establishment. It is also clarified that Visakha Agritech FPC  shall not be responsible or liable for any deficiency in services purchased. You are instructed to satisfy yourself regarding the quality, quantity and fitness of any service before purchasing the same.

Any amount transferred erroneously by the Customer to any merchant establishment shall not be refunded to the Customer by Visakha Agritech FPC  in any circumstances.

In the event of any dispute, Visakha Agritech FPC records shall be binding as the conclusive evidence of the transactions carried out through use of Visakha Agritech FPC  website through any of the payment modes.

Visakha Agritech FPC shall send all customer communications by SMS and/or email and the SMS shall be deemed to have been received by you after they have been submitted for delivery to the mobile phone operator.

You agree to receive all commercial messages including transactional messages from Visakha Agritech FPC .

Pricing and Availability : 

We book Function Halls on behalf of Merchant, which means we do not set the prices. Merchants may choose to show only the base price (i.e., without applicable taxes) while Booking on the Site. However, applicable taxes will be collected at the time of making payment by you. You shall be completely responsible for all charges, fees, duties, taxes, and assessments arising out of the use of the services. Further, you shall be responsible for any increase in the price charged by Event Providers on account of change in rate of taxes or imposition of new taxes by the Government. Bookings are generally done through several distribution points including online You can avail the facility of the Booking Assistant provided by us.

The Booking of the service is free and after conformation of Booking,customer need to pay the advance amount and remaining amount will be paid before the using of the service.The price may vary based on Location, Availability of Services.
 

Order  Conformation:

If you do not receive a confirmation number (in the form of a confirmation SMS or email) after submitting payment information, or if you experience an error message or service interruption after submitting payment information, it is your responsibility to confirm with Visakha Agritech FPC Customer Service whether or not your order has been placed. Only you may be aware of any problems that may occur during the purchase process. Visakha Agritech FPC will not be responsible for losses (monetary or otherwise) if you assume that an order was not placed because you failed to receive confirmation.

Cancellation : 
By making your booking, our agreement is a legal contract. On-line bookings require a deposit for conformation, the balance can be paid at the time of booking or on Arrival/Departure by debit/credit card,cash or wallet. Cancellations made with more than 3 days notice will receive a full refund. Within 48 hours the deposit is non-refundable.

Arrival: 
Your accommodation will be available to you from the time on the day of arrival, unless otherwise arranged. We may not be able to accommodate you if you arrive earlier than the agreed time as we will be busy preparing your Halls.

 

Late arrival procedure:
Please ensure you contact us no later than 7pm to let us know if you will be arriving late. Failure to notify us may result in the Hall being re-let or Automatic cancelation.

 

Departure:
Please be ready to leave the accommodation at the end of Service Time on the day of departure, unless otherwise arranged. We will provide you with an invoice, payable on departure.

Damages and Breakages:
Please take care when staying in property. You are responsible and liable for any breakages or damages, which you cause, to the accommodation or its contents. All we ask is that you report any incidents as they occur. We do not normally charge for minor breakages, but we may send you an invoice for repair or making good if the damage or breakage is significant, and we may make an additional charges if you did not report this.

Liability: 
We do not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions, unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves or our employees or contractors whilst acting in the course of employment.

 

Privacy Policy:
Any data collected during the course of this booking will be stored on our computer. With your permission we may from time to time contact you about promotions and offers. We will not share your details with any third party.
